Executive Chef and Founder of La Biznaga de Oro
Carlos Aguilera is the Malaga-born chef behind La Biznaga de Oro. His story begins at the family stove, with local produce and a deep connection to Andalusian cuisine.
After training in fine dining and working in landmark culinary spaces, Carlos developed his own vision: bringing the experience of a carefully run restaurant into each client’s private setting.
Today, at the helm of La Biznaga de Oro, he brings together tradition, technique and Mediterranean produce to create personalized dining experiences for villas, weddings and private events.
